Question 1

Do I need to provide water or power?

Accepted Answer

For a wash or a regular detail, no. We bring our own water tank and our own generator, so you don't have to lend us a hose or an outlet. On longer jobs — a ceramic coating, for example — access to a tap does help. If that's not possible, no problem: we go refill nearby and come back. That's why we can work at apartments, office parking lots and houses with no outside tap.

Question 2

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Reston, Herndon, Sterling, Cascades, Leesburg, Ashburn, Fairfax, Chantilly, Great Falls and Aldie. If you're nearby and don't see your town on the list, call us at 571-244-7396 and we'll work it out.

Question 3

Can you work in my building's or my office's parking lot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as your building allows it — check with management before the appointment. We need nothing from the property: no water, no outlet, no hose. Just one parking space and room to pull the truck in.

Question 4

Do you need the car key?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to stay, but we do need the key. Sometimes the car has to be moved into the shade — in direct sun the products dry too fast and the finish suffers — and if the job includes the interior we have to get in. For an exterior-only wash it's often not needed. We sort that out when you book.

Question 5

When can you come?

Accepted Answer

Monday to Friday we take a single appointment per day, starting at 8 AM. Saturdays and Sundays we work from 8 AM to 7 PM. The long jobs —interior + exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic coatings— only fit on weekends.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

No deposit and no card on file. You pay when the work is finished and you've seen it.

Quick estimate, no photos

What size is it?

When was the last thorough clean, inside and out?

Stains or odor inside?

In the sun, do you see swirl marks or fine scratches on the paint?

Does your vehicle have a third row of seats?
